Pilates is a series of physical exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen the core of the body, in order to prevent injury, as well as improving posture. If you suffer from lower back pain, this can be improved greatly with Pilates as well as bringing a sense of overall wellbeing.

We offer classes to suit all levels whether you’re a complete beginner or you’d like to develop a personal pilates programme to take your practise further.
