Welcome to GlobalYoga.co.uk. This site has been purpose built to provide quality Yoga instruction cheaply and easily via the internet.
For those of you who have always wanted to do yoga but either could not afford it, haven't got a class near you or haven't got the time to go to a class; this site is for you. The videos have been shot especially for the web, unlike others you may find, they are affordable and the theachers are available for help and advice if you require it.
Videos are available to download, for you to keep and use as often as you like. This will allow to practise when and where you want to without the usual constraints of class times, travelling, holidays and other commitments.
